For four days, a new wave of passionate connoisseurs which are changing and enriching the way coffee is seen have gathered to celebrate their passion. As a social element bringing communities together, has coffee recently been regarded as a culinary ingredient and considered as a new “wine” for the similarities and attention to sourcing, roasting styles and tasting.

The term “specialty coffee” was first mentioned by Erna Knutsen and the concept was quite simple: special geographic microclimates produce beans with unique flavor profiles, which she referred to as specialty coffees - a synonym of the highest quality and complex flavour.
